Midtown Manhattan room available February 1, 2026 near 34th Street and 6th Avenue. Rent is $1,350 per month plus utilities ($50–$70). The lease runs from February 1, 2026 through January 2027.

The apartment is a three‑bedroom in central Manhattan, next to Macy’s and close to subway lines, shopping, and restaurants. You’ll be sharing with two roommates, one in her early 30s and one in his early 40s. The apartment has a full kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and hallway closets. The building also offers a gym, lounge, game room, laundry facilities, and rooftop access.

Partitions are installed to create private rooms, set up by a well‑known company regularly used by the building. As one of the original tenants, the agreement is under my name and will need to be transferred to you when I move out. The transfer cost is $1,000, split evenly, so your share is $500, paid directly to the partition company. If you move out later, you can either transfer the agreement to the next tenant or pay about $700 for removal. Paperwork will be provided for review.

Applications are reviewed by building management and may take up to two weeks. Proof of income is required, and a guarantor may be requested depending on your situation.
